1. Acceptance
By installing, purchasing, or using Translate My Sheet, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept the terms for that organization.
2. Service
Translate My Sheet is a Google Sheets add-on that can translate selected cells or the active sheet using supported translation engines. Features can include automatic source-language detection, formula-cell skipping, an optional sheet clone, progress controls, and custom AI translation rules.
The free version includes Google Translate. Pro access can include OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and custom translation rules. Features, providers, limits, and pricing may change as the service evolves.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use the service lawfully and only with data you are authorized to process.
- Review translation output before relying on it.
- Do not use the service as the sole basis for medical, legal, safety, or other high-stakes decisions.
- Keep activation codes private and do not resell or share access outside the purchased terms.
- Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or use it to abuse providers.
4. Translation output
Machine and AI translation can be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular audience. You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether it is fit for use. Use a qualified professional for regulated or high-stakes content.
5. Pro purchases and activation
Current checkout options are shown on the pricing and external checkout pages. Pro access requires a valid activation code. Subscription plans may renew according to the terms shown at checkout. You are responsible for cancellation before renewal when you do not want the next billing period.
Refund requests are handled according to the terms presented by the checkout or payment provider and applicable law. Contact [email protected] with the purchase email and order details for assistance.
6. Third-party services
The service depends on Google Workspace, translation and AI providers, hosting services, licence infrastructure, and payment processors. Their availability and behavior are outside our complete control, and their separate terms and policies apply.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may fix, change, suspend, or discontinue features and providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific translation speed, provider model, output, or uptime.
8. Intellectual property
You retain rights you have in the content you submit and, subject to applicable provider terms and law, the output produced for you. The product name, website, interface, and other service materials remain protected by their applicable rights. Open-source code, when provided, is governed by the licence included with that code.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aluo Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
10. Suspension
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, providers, users, or legal rights, including in response to abuse, fraud, security risks, or material violation of these terms.
